Refund policy

We will happily exchange or refund for free for 30 days from the date of purchase, providing the following conditions have been met. However, not all items are eligible for free 30 day returns.

Full Priced items:

  • Orders within Australia can be returned for free within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund, exchange or store credit. One free return is eligible per order, postage for subsequent returns will be at the customer's cost.
  • International orders can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund, exchange or store credit. The customer is responsible for shipping costs to return items.
  • Items must be unworn, in original condition and all labels/tickets attached.
  • Refunds will be processed using the original tender type.

Sale and Promotional items:

  • Orders within Australia can be returned for free within 30 days from the date of purchase for a change of mind size exchange or store credit only (unless deemed faulty). One free return is eligible per order, postage for subsequent returns will be at the customer's cost.
  • International orders can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase for a change of mind size exchange or store credit only (unless deemed faulty). The customer is responsible for shipping costs to return items.
  • Items must be unworn, in original condition and all labels/tickets attached.
  • Refund will be processed using store credit only.

Final Sale & Outlet items:

  • No returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty.

 Faulty items:

  • Please contact us and our customer service team will arrange return shipping and refund to you accordingly. Please allow 10 business days to process your refund request from the day it is raised. You will receive confirmation through email once your refund has been finalised.
  • Refund will be processed using the original tender type.

Submit a return request:

You can submit a return request via your customer account

1. Log in to your account and enter your email address used for the order. You will then be emailed a six-digit verification code to enter to log in to your account.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a reason for your return. If you would prefer an exchange, please let us know in the notes section along with the details of the product you would like to exchange it for. 
5. Click "Submit request".

If your return request is approved you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label.

If your return is eligible for free returns, you will receive a second email with a free postage label for you to use to send back the items.

Once we've received your returns, you will receive a refund or if you have chosen an exchange, we will send out your new item. 

Please allow 10 business days from the day your parcel is delivered to our return address for your return to be processed.
